1. What is the ideology of your school?

Mutual respect underlies all interactions in play and work. Teachers know students as individuals and pull their strengths and interests. Encourage independence of thought, emphasizing critical thinking and problem solving, while teaching basic skills and competencies.

2. What parameters MIS set for a good student?

Good grades, a positive attitude and hard-working are all qualities of a good student. A good student doesn't always depend on these three qualities though.

A good student comes to class and pays attention to the teacher. Self-discipline and the time management are also important factors for being a good student.

3. How will technology be utilized to improve the studies of the students?

Technology can be utilized to improve teaching and learning and help our students be successful. Through the use of learning management systems (LMS) students can access online resources to get assistance on demand beyond the physical reach of their teacher.

4. What are the school's long terms plans?

MIS is dedicated to education only. The building has been a school for more than 11 years and it has now been completely refurbished as a modern, high-tech school with the best facilities. When it was built in 2008, it was already the continuation of a school from the 20th century. It refurbished this structure and will continue its educational legacy. It is committed to preserve its character as a Kota’s landmark, and hence will not tear it down.

5. How capable are the teachers of MIS?

Experienced, warm, accessible, enthusiastic and caring. ... This is the teacher to whom students know they can go with any problems or concerns or even to share a funny story. Great teachers possess good listening skills and take time out of their way-too-busy schedules for anyone who needs them.

6. What is your curriculum?

Fully authorized school offering complete CBSE curriculum from kinder garten to class XII. It is one of the best Schools in Kota. Its curriculum is based on the CBSE Programme. Creativity is the basis of the curriculum and students learn art, music and athletics as well as rigorous academics. The Primary Years Curriculum, from preschool to Grade 5, is grounded in inquiry, literacy, numeracy, and open-mindedness. The Middle Years Curriculum, for Grades 6 - 10, uses an interdisciplinary approach that emphasizes communication, intercultural awareness, and holistic education.

7. What are the timings for various sections of School?

School Timings: For classes I-X: 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

For classes KG-HKG & XI-XII: 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

8. What is the Student: Teacher ratio of a class?

We have an ideal student teacher ratio where the no. of children is restricted to not more than 30 students in a class which ensures individual attention to every child.

9. What security measures do you have in the school?

The campus is equipped with a digitally monitored Visitor Management System (VMS) which ensures safe entry and exit of all visitors. We also have RFID (Radio frequency Identification) cards for all students and staff. The campus is extensively covered with CCTV cameras with 24 hour surveillance.

Additionally we ensure that there are female attendants outside all washrooms.

10. What are the co-curricular activities in the school?

The school provides various co – curricular activities like Art & Craft, Music, Sports (including CAP – Cricket Academy of Pathans and a Football Academy) as per the interest of the student which certainly help students for their holistic development.

11. What makes you stand out from other schools?

Recognizes that besides academics, good learning is also about enjoying the experience of life as a whole through the arts, athletics, outreach and much more.

12. What are you doing to protect the health and safety of the children in your care during the global pandemic?

We currently are not allowing parents or visitors inside of the building. Children are escorted to the front door where they have their temperature and wellness check done and then taken to their classroom by a staff member. All children’s temperatures are then taken again in the middle of the day. Staff members are mandated to wear masks upon entering the building and must leave them on throughout the day. We have also heightened our hand-washing and sanitizing procedures throughout the day. And we are also focusing on online classes.

13. Do you obtain feedback from your families in order to make improvements to your programs?

It’s important for us to provide parents with peace of mind by giving children an exceptional education every fun-filled day in a place as nurturing as home. As part of our commitment to keeping our families happy, we do a survey twice a year to gauge parents’ satisfaction as their feedback always help us to do better in various areas of teaching –learning.

14. Is your school Co-ed?

Yes it is.

15. What is the fee structure?

The fee structure is available to any parents who visit the school. We are proud of our school and we want parents to visit and get a feel for the place before they make decisions based on finances. The fee structure is consistent with many other international schools in India.
