District Tournaments – Students of MIS actively participated in the District Tournaments of Kabaddi, Football, Hockey, Table Tennis, Athletics etc held in the month of September. Boys of Under -19 participated in the District Hockey Tournament & brought individual prizes and winning trophy for the school. 4 boys were selected for State Level Tournament.
1 boy Under-17 & 2 boys Under-14 were selected for State Football Team.
* Anurag Yadav Under-17 & Lucky Yadav Under-14 participated in CBSE West Zone Taekwondo Championship 2018 held at Bhopal from 13th to 17th Sep.
* Kota Sahodaya Schools Tournament – 2018-19 for Football and Basketball were organized from 24th Nov to 27th Nov under the banner of Mittal International School.
Football Tournament was followed by 15 teams participating in the event. K.V. 1 School was winner and MIS was Runner up in this event. Three special prizes were given to the particular students from different teams for their best performance. Tushar Meena of MIS was awarded as Best Player for his excellent performance in Football.
Basketball Tournament was followed by 13 teams participating in the event. Modern School was winner among Girls and Central Academy Shikshantar was winner among Boys. On the closing ceremony 27th Nov all the winning teams were awarded with certificates and trophies by President of Kota Sahodaya Schools Complex Mr. Pradeep Gaur, Vice President & Secretary Mrs. Lata Kothari.
* One can think of a healthy mind only in a healthy body – Walk-O-Run – Health & fun was organised on 20th Feb, 2018 by Heart wise Kota. Sr. students & most of the staff members of MIS participated in Marathon enthusiastically.
* Walk-O-Mile – Monday mile walk is an initiative taken by Mr. Ajay Sethi & Ms. Victoria Singh and our school is pioneer to take this idea ahead by starting a Mile Walk for healthy living on every Monday.
